Tied Ryobi Cup final

by whyilovesport

Any suggestions of a super over are absolutely ludacris. A super over is all about slogging the ball and that is designed specifically for T20 cricket. There is much more integrity in going back to the regular season to determine the champions. 6 teams (2 finalists) have been busting there asses for 8 rounds of cricket and you want the championship to be decided on a bogus super over. And common, how often will a tie even happen, what, twice a century maybe? Get over it, it’s a non-issue created out of nothing. It’s in accordance to exactly the same procedure for every other lower league cricket competition right across the nation. I’m a neutral observer but well done South Australia, finally, after 25 years, they have something to cheer about!Image
